Stay cool with ceiling fans and a split A/C unit throughout the entire condo. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. You can access this unit without needing to use any stairs.

The remodeled bathroom is updated with a shower/tub combo and granite vanity space. The oceanfront lanai includes a dining table for 4. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The updated kitchen features full-size, stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops.

The Noelani Resort is located in a highly desirable area, sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns). The Noelani can be described as a charming, low-key, hidden-treasure, Boutique Resort. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this condo. During the winter months, this condo offers front-row seating for the opportunity to catch a peak at the Humpback Whales as they tend to their young. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with pools, jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!  

There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
